Design and Development of Embedded Software, Electronics and Robotics

Zexia develops embedded software and electronics for CCTV and related markets. Related markets include media players which run alongside CCTV systems on buses and trains.

A number of technologies are developed and owned by the company, and teams of up to 7 staff have been provided to develop custom products for customers.

Zexia develops and owns a number of technologies including:

• LASS "Large allocation storage system" is a third generation storage system optimised for CCTV and Megapixel Digital Video Recorders. This was sold to a customer, and Zexia Ltd maintains this for Wavestore Ltd.
• LUSS "Large unit storage system" is an experimental CCTV storage system developed and owned by Zexia Ltd.
• Horticultural robotics. Great things are under development.
• Timeservers. Radio signal time servers for networks and CCTV systems.
• H264 compression IP core. This is no longer offered since better alternatives are available..

Zexia has developed Digital CCTV camera software and electronics for megapixel video cameras and other bespoke developments for clients.
