Zexia ia a consultancy developing embedded software and electronics for CCTV and related markets.
Four network/digital video recorder (DVR) manufacturers and a camera manufacturer have used our expertise
or licence our modules under licence. Related markets include media players which run alongside CCTV systems
on busses and trains. Teams of up to 7 staff have been provided to develop custom products for customers.
Additionally Zexia develops and owns a number of technologies including:
- LASS ("Large allocation storage system") which is optimised for
CCTV DVRs and licenced to 3 DVR manufacturers
- digital CCTV camera electronics (but not analogue front ends) for megapixel video cameras, and
- H264 compression IP cores.
